CNC Machining

- Microwave Technology – With many years of experience supplying to various customers in the microwave technology industry, we have a vast knowledge of required standards and capabilities to work to very tight tolerances – ie. Waveguide channel finishes, surface flatness for conductivity etc. Whilst maintaining quality on larger batch runs, keeping costs down for our customers.
- Hydraulics – We have a comprehensive range of specialist cavity tooling required to machine hydraulic blocks efficiently. From our many years of experience, we understand the importance of supplying hydraulic manifolds deburred to the highest standard, clean and ready for assembly. We always ensure that parts are packaged for safe transportation between every step of production.
- Electronics – We have experience in machining a variety of components for the electronics industry. Including Enclosures and Housings, Heat Sinks etc. We can manage prototype projects or large batch production runs.
- Rail and Infrastructure – we have the capacity and machinery required for larger machined parts, in large quantities. Our Dugard 1000y plus machining centres can Mill parts up to 1000mm in length.

Assembly
As well as producing high quality components to very precise specifications we can also assemble those components for you. We can either assemble from free issue parts or source proprietary items to assemble with in-house machined work to provide a finished item.
All assembled products will undergo rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure that they meet your exact specifications.
Project Management
We can manage big or small projects for our customers. Managing suppliers and processes at every step of the way. Taking the workload away from purchasing teams, monitoring all processes to
ensure a timely delivery.
Scheduled Delivery & Kan Ban
Stable Precision can provide scheduled deliveries for components. This can provide small batch deliveries scheduled to your build requirements with larger batch pricing. We can save costs
